In addition to our fitness training programs, we also offer life coaching services to individuals and groups. Our experienced life coaches are here to help you achieve your goals and live a more meaningful life that contributes positively to your neighbors, school, work, church, and government at large.

Our founder, Lucky Mogapi, is a retired military veteran with a passion for helping people lead healthier, happier lives. He started Tlhasela with the vision of making fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, fitness level, or socioeconomic background.
